Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Internal Sales Coordinator to manage the sales coordination activities for our electrical products division. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, the sales team, and principals to ensure timely quotation submission, order processing, customer follow-ups, and efficient sales operations.
Prepare and submit customer quotations, Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders, Coordinate with the sales team for enquiry updates and order execution, Process sales orders and maintain accurate documentation, Maintain and update customer records in Zoho CRM, Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, Assist in lead management and customer database maintenance & Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
