What You Will Do:

• Understand the requirements from product owners and coordinate with the developers
• Create, edit, and manage Jira tickets, ensuring they are clear and prioritized for development efficiency
• Need to play Scrum Master and BA role for small projects.
• Assist with and contribute to technical documentation that outlines backend systems and infrastructure processes
• Collaborate with Technical Product Analysts and Product Managers to derive data insights and improve developer experience
• You will be working in 12 to 9 PM shift.
  

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• 3 to 5 years of BA experience.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams.
• Keen attention to detail with excellent written communication skills.
• Healthcare Domain knowledge.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Exposure to any cloud infrastructure environments
• Basic understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Exposure to Analytics projects.
• Basic statistics
