Job Description –
Position: HR Executive
Experience Required: 1-3Years

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Manage employee relations and HR operations efficiently
- Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records
- Support management in building a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations/recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, PF & ESI processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
