Job Title: AI Manager – AI Risk and Compliance

Job Description

As an AI Manager within EY’s Cybersecurity practice, you will lead multiple client engagements, driving AI governance, risk assessment, and compliance strategies. You will manage client relationships, oversee delivery of AI risk management solutions, and guide teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will also contribute to EY’s thought leadership and innovation in AI risk consulting.

 

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI risk and compliance strategies for clients across industries.
• Lead the development and deployment of enterprise AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, AI 600).
• Oversee AI risk assessments, control evaluations, and automation initiatives in client projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on AI risk and compliance matters.
• Ensure client solutions meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams delivering AI risk and compliance services.
• Drive innovation in AI risk management methodologies and tools within EY and for clients.
• Represent EY in client executive meetings, industry forums, and audit engagements.
• Monitor emerging AI risk trends and regulatory changes to advise clients proactively.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI risk management, compliance, or related consulting leadership roles.
• Proven leadership and client management experience in consulting environments.
• Deep knowledge of AI governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale AI risk and compliance programs for clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and AI lifecycle management.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in risk management, compliance, or AI governance preferred.

• Proven experience managing large-scale AI risk and compliance programs.
• Advanced certifications in risk management, compliance, or AI governance.
• Experience with cybersecurity and privacy regulations impacting AI.
• Strong background in client relationship management and consulting leadership.
