Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Team Leader to manage and supervise our telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for floor management, team performance monitoring, target achievement, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the tele calling team.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
• Handle floor management and maintain discipline within the team.
• Conduct team briefings and motivate employees to achieve business goals.
• Track attendance, punctuality, and overall team performance.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding team requirements and operational updates.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training support.
• Resolve team issues and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in team handling

Contract Terms

• Employment will be on a 2-year contract basis.
• Performance will be reviewed periodically based on target achievement and operational efficiency.
