Job TitleHuman Resources Executive (HR Executive)
Job SummaryThe HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and overall workforce management. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational growth by maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringPost job vacancies on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
- Employee ManagementMaintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee grievances and concerns.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Attendance & Leave ManagementTrack daily attendance and working hours.
- Manage leave applications and approvals.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Payroll SupportCoordinate salary processing.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Assist with EPF, ESI, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs.
- Organize employee training programs.
- Track employee skill development and certifications.
- Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee contracts and legal documents.
- Prepare HR reports and audit documentation.
