Real Estate Sales Director

About the Company

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a highly driven Sales Director to lead our sales operations, build high-performing teams, and drive exceptional revenue growth.


Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, customer acquisition, and team management. The ideal candidate should be passionate about achieving ambitious sales targets, mentoring teams, and building long-term customer relationships.


Candidates from Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, EdTech, Recruitment, Retail, FMCG, Telecom, Automobile, Hospitality, Digital Marketing, and Corporate Sales are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete sales function.

Build, recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales teams.

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Drive lead generation through digital, offline, referral, and channel partner networks.

Manage customer acquisition and conversion from inquiry to registration.

Conduct project presentations, customer meetings, and site visits.

Develop channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.

Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and CRM updates.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business growth plans.

Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Ensure outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

5–12+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Management.

Prior experience leading sales teams is preferred.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Experience handling high-value customer transactions.

CRM software knowledge (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Tamil is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred.

MBA or any graduate with strong sales experience.

Two-wheeler and willingness to travel are preferred.
