Job Description
**Job Title: Plant Incharge / Supervisor**
**Department:** Plant Operations / Production
**Reports To:** Plant Head / Plant Manager
**Job Summary:**
Responsible for handling day-to-day bottling/refilling plant operations, ensuring safe cylinder filling, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and managing manpower and plant activities efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise bottling/refilling operations as per production plan
* Ensure proper filling, pressure, sealing, and SOP compliance
* Maintain safety standards (PESO, fire safety, gas handling)
* Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance
* Handle manpower, shift planning, and productivity
* Manage cylinder inventory and dispatch coordination
* Maintain production reports, logs, and compliance records
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering
* 1+ years experience in LPG / Bottling / Refilling Plant
