Factory Engineer

What You Will Do

• Supervise daily shop-floor production activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and technical specifications
• Monitor quality and minimize rework / rejection
• Plan and allocate work to operators and technicians
• Coordinate materials and consumables for smooth production
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Maintain basic production and inspection records
• Ensure safety compliance and discipline on shop floor
• Provide daily updates to Senior Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related field
• 1–3 years experience in fabrication / machining / manufacturing preferred
• Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and eagerness to learn may apply
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of quality control and workshop practices
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
