Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with knowledge of Tally to manage day-to-day accounting activities. Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals or experienced candidates with hands-on exposure are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
• Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Maintain ledgers, cash book, and bank book
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Assist in GST data preparation and filing
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Tally
• Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Good analytical and numerical ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / BBA / M.Com) or equivalent
• Freshers with accounting training or certification can apply
• Experienced candidates should have relevant accounting experience
• Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in GST return filing
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Exposure to statutory compliance.
