Job Description
Post: Data Entry operator for a spinning mill at Tiruppur
Location: Kulathupalayam,Tiruppur
Salary: Maximum gross up to 15 K PM
Qualification: Any degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily production data (yarn production, machine output, shifts, etc.)
- Update inventory records (raw materials, finished goods, wastage)
- Maintain and update purchase, dispatch, and stock records
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors in a timely manner
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams for data collection
Qualifications:Any Graduate / Diploma
- Basic computer qualification preferred
- Experience:1–3 years of experience in data entry (preferably in textile/spinning industry)
- Freshers with good computer skills can also be considered
- Key Skills:Good typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications
