Junior Merchandiser – Lead Follow Up Executive

We are hiring a Junior Merchandiser (Female) for our Tirupur based custom corporate t-shirt company.

Role: You will be the first point of contact for leads coming from our marketing campaigns. Your job is to attend calls, follow up consistently via phone & WhatsApp and coordinate with our internal team to convert inquiries into orders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Attend and respond to incoming leads promptly
• Follow up with potential customers via phone & WhatsApp
• Communicate with customers across South India in Tamil & English
• Maintain daily lead tracker and update records
• Coordinate with internal team on orders, pricing and delivery
• Send quotations and product details to customers
• Report daily lead status to manager

Requirements:

• Female candidate — Tirupur / local area only
• Good Tamil communication + conversational English
• Must be confident handling pan-India customer calls
• Basic computer skills — WhatsApp, Excel, Email
• Organized, proactive and self motivated
• Quick learner with good follow up attitude

Added Advantage:

• Familiarity with t-shirt / garment manufacturing
• Prior work experience in any Tirupur based company
