Job Description
🚨 We Are Hiring – Retail Store Manager 🚨
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Retail Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations at our cosmetic retail stores.
📍 Location: Tiruppur
💼 Experience: Retail experience preferred
🕒 Full-time Position
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Managing daily store operations
• Handling staff and scheduling duties
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Maintaining store cleanliness and display standards
• Monitoring stock, billing, and inventory
• Achieving sales targets and improving store performance
• Coordinating with warehouse and management team
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues smoothly
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team efficiently
• Basic computer and billing knowledge
• Responsible, punctual, and sales-oriented mindset
• Experience in cosmetics/fashion retail is a bonus
