Job Description
A Counter Sales Person who is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, understanding their needs, and providing suitable products or services. No Targets stress free job.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them at the counter
Understand customer requirements and recommend products
Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/online payments
Maintain product display and cleanliness of the counter area
Answer customer queries and provide product information
Manage stock levels and inform about shortages
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS systems)
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th/12th pass or equivalent
Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage
