Software Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

AXN Infotech Pvt. Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Software Implementation Executive to handle the deployment, configuration, and support of business software solutions such as ERP and accounting systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation, user training, and post-installation support for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and implement software solutions at client locations (on-site)
• Understand client business processes and customize software accordingly
• Provide product training and user guidance to clients
• Handle data migration, setup, and initial configuration
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Coordinate with the sales team for client handover and requirements understanding
• Ensure successful project completion within timelines
• Provide post-implementation support and maintain client relationships
• Document implementation processes and maintain reports
• Stay updated with product features, updates, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Basic knowledge of ERP or accounting software (Tally, GST, Billing Software)
• Understanding of accounting concepts and business workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and client-handling abilities
• Willingness to travel for client visits (if required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software implementation or technical support
• Knowledge of GST, taxation, and accounting practices
• Familiarity with database basics and data handling
• Ability to train and guide users effectively
