Job Title: Spinning Mill Supervisor

Location: Tiruppur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Spinning Mill Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth workflow across departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations in spinning departments (Blow Room, Carding, Drawing, Simplex, Ring Frame, Autoconer)
• Monitor production targets and ensure timely achievement
• Maintain yarn quality standards and minimize waste
• Handle workforce management including shift planning and allocation
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
• Maintain production records and reports
• RequirementsDiploma / Any Degree (preferred)
• 3–8 years of experience in spinning mills
• Strong knowledge of spinning processes and machinery
• Leadership and team handling skills
• Ability to work in shifts
