Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products to electrical contractors, electricians, distributors, dealers, builders, and project customers while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop relationships with electrical contractors, electricians, builders, architects, MEP consultants, distributors, and dealers.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product visibility.
- Promote Eazee Box products and educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
- Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requirements promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Identify new opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Channel ManagementSupport distributors and dealers in achieving sales objectives.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
- Conduct dealer and electrician engagement programs when required.
- Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, leads, and opportunities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
- QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Technical qualification in Electrical/Electronics will be an added advantage.
- Experience1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in electrical products, switches, wiring accessories, cables, lighting, construction materials, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based reporting tools.
