• Roles & Responsibilities:Acquire new customers for Demat and Trading accounts.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and branch activities.
• Promote financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and IPOs.
• Assist customers with account opening documentation and KYC formalities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide service support.
• Coordinate with branch staff and operations team for smooth processing.
• Conduct client meetings and explain investment products and trading platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in sales, banking, finance, or stock broking preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock market and investment products.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
