Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with experience in SAP and manufacturing

processes. The role involves entering and managing production-related data, maintaining

records, and supporting operational reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Data Entry

• Enter production, material, and inventory data into SAP system

• Update daily production entries and transaction records

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries

2. Manufacturing Process Support

• Coordinate with production and store departments for data collection

• Record raw material consumption and finished goods details

• Maintain batch-wise and process-wise data

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Maintain production and inventory reports in Excel

• Assist management with data analysis and reporting

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain proper documentation of production and SAP records

• Ensure data is organized and easily retrievable

• Support audits by providing required data

5. Coordination

• Work closely with production, stores, and accounts teams

• Communicate discrepancies and ensure timely corrections

Key Requirements

Education:

• Any Graduate / B.Com / Diploma

Experience:

• 1–4 years in Data Entry / SAP / Manufacturing environment

Skills Required

• Working knowledge of SAP (Data Entry / Production Modules preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

• Attention to detail and data accuracy
