Junior Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries in accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Assist in GST filing, TDS compliance, and statutory documentation.
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Finance.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in automobile or trading industry.
