Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident field sales professionals who can actively meet potential buyers, investors, brokers, business owners, and local contacts on a daily basis to generate real estate sales opportunities and expand our network.
This is a field-oriented role requiring strong communication, relationship-building ability, and an interest in strategic land and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet potential buyers and investors daily in the field
- Build strong local networks and business relationships
- Generate leads through direct interaction and market networking
- Conduct property presentations and site visit coordination
- Identify serious buyers and investment-focused clients
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects
- Coordinate with brokers, landowners, and local associates
- Promote strategic land opportunities and off-market deals
- Generate sales inquiries through personal networking and relationship building
- Maintain professional communication and reporting
