Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceWelcome and greet customers with a smile.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Suggest add-on items and combo meals to increase sales.
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
- Ensure a great dining experience for every guest.
- Food PreparationPrepare burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items as per SOP.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
- Ensure food is served fresh within the standard service time.
- Cash & BillingOperate the POS system accurately.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain billing accuracy and cash reconciliation.
- Hygiene & SafetyFollow FSSAI food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Clean workstations, dining area, kitchen equipment, and wash areas.
- Follow opening and closing cleaning checklists.
- Inventory & OperationsReceive and store stock properly.
- Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory practices.
- Report stock shortages or damaged items to the Shift Manager.
- Minimize food wastage.
- TeamworkSupport teammates during peak hours.
- Follow instructions from Shift Managers and Restaurant Managers.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
- EligibilityEducation: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in QSR, Restaurant, Café, or Hospitality.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numerical and billing knowledge.
- Team player with willingness to learn.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Working ConditionsRotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
