Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentAchieve monthly and quarterly FYP and revenue targets through assigned bank branches.
  • Drive life insurance sales and business growth.
  • Team ManagementRecruit, train, coach, and lead a team of 7–15 FOS/Relationship Managers.
  • Monitor team performance and improve productivity.
  • Bank Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank officials.
  • Support branch staff in generating life insurance business.
  • Branch VisitsConduct regular branch visits and sales campaigns.
  • Provide on-ground support to the sales team.
  • ComplianceEnsure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
  • Maintain quality business and documentation.
  • ReportingPrepare sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for senior management.

Track business performance and team productivity.
