Job Description
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change when necessary.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash at the end of each shift.
Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation.
Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
Follow company policies, food safety standards, and cash-handling procedure
