Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office.


The ideal candidate should be able to:


Oversee and manage all office operations efficiently.

Handle clients professionally and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and team members.

Follow up on project-related documentation, quotations, invoices, and correspondence.

Ensure timely completion of administrative work and support management in daily operations.


Our company operates in the construction industry and has successfully completed approximately eight year of operations. We are looking for a proactive, trustworthy, and dedicated individual who can take ownership of the office administration and contribute to the company's growth.
