Job Type: Full-Time


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the store team.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock checking, and replenishment.
  • Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, display, grooming, and discipline.
  • Maintain attendance and ensure company policies are followed.
  • Coordinate with the Cluster Manager and Head Office.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of retail/store management experience.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Target-orientated and responsible attitude.
  • Retail/Fashion/Apparel experience preferred.
