Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice

  • AdministrationManage day-to-day office activities and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies, files, and documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
  • Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain property files, agreements, client records, and legal documents
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS data
  • Organize digital and physical documentation properly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
  • Client CoordinationAssist clients with basic inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate between sales team, customers, and management
  • Follow up on documentation and payment status
  • Support to Sales & Operations TeamPrepare booking forms, invoices, receipts, and agreements
  • Update CRM or property management software
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns administratively
  • Vendor & Facility ManagementCoordinate with vendors, housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
  • Monitor office maintenance and facility requirements
  • Handle courier, travel, and logistics arrangements
  • Data ManagementMaintain Excel reports and databases
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Update customer and inventory records accurately
  • Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of real estate documentation
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
