Job Description
- Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings (BOQ – Bill of Quantities)
- Verify contractor bills and client billing
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and measurements
- Prepare and check measurement sheets (MB)
- Handle variations, extra items, and claims
- Ensure billing aligns with contract terms and project progress
- Track payments and follow up with clients
- Assist in cost estimation and budgeting
