Job Description
મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ (Key Responsibilities)
- યોગ્ય સાધનો, પાણી અને પર્યાવરણમિત્ર પદ્ધતિઓનો ઉપયોગ કરીને સોલાર પેનલોની સફાઈ કરવી
- ધૂળ, પક્ષીઓની ગંદકી, પાંદડા અને અન્ય કચરો દૂર કરવો જે કાર્યક્ષમતાને અસર કરે
- પેનલને સ્ક્રેચ અથવા નુકસાન ન થાય તે માટે સલામત રીતે હેન્ડલિંગ કરવું
- ક્રેક્સ, હોટસ્પોટ્સ અથવા લૂઝ કનેક્શન માટે પ્રાથમિક દૃશ્ય તપાસ કરવી
- કોઈપણ ખામી અથવા અસામાન્યતા સુપરવાઇઝરને જાણ કરવી
- દૈનિક કામના રિપોર્ટ અને સાઇટ રેકોર્ડ જાળવવા
- ઊંચાઈ પર કામ કરતી વખતે સલામતી નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું
- કાર્ય સમયસર પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે ટીમ સાથે સંકલન કરવું
કૌશલ્ય અને આવશ્યકતાઓ (Skills & Requirements)
- સોલાર પેનલ સિસ્ટમનું મૂળભૂત જ્ઞાન (વાંછનીય)
- ઊંચાઈ અને છત પર કામ કરવાની ક્ષમતા
- શારીરિક રીતે તંદુરસ્ત (મેન્યુઅલ કામ માટે)
- સલામતી પદ્ધતિઓ (PPE ઉપયોગ) ની મૂળભૂત સમજ
- ટીમવર્ક અને શિસ્ત
- મૂળભૂત વાંચન અને લખાણની ક્ષમતા (રિપોર્ટિંગ માટે)
અનુભવ (Experience)
- ફ્રેશર અથવા ૦–૨ વર્ષનો અનુભવ (સોલાર અથવા મેન્ટેનન્સ કામમાં)
કાર્ય પરિસ્થિતિ (Working Conditions)
- ૮–૯ કલાકની ફરજ
- બહારનું કામ (સૂર્યપ્રકાશમાં, છત પર કામ)
- વિવિધ સાઇટ્સ પર મુસાફરી કરવાની જરૂર પડી શકે છે
