Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Import Export & Documentation

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our growing Import-Export team at DR AMS HEALTHCARE. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and basic knowledge of import-export procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers, distributors, and international buyers through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the export team regarding inquiries, quotations, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing and managing import-export documents such as Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Purchase Orders, Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Import-Export Management, International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain will be preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or export sales.
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and documentation.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
