About Us

SHRIDA ENTERPRISE is a growing manufacturer of premium Fountain, Swimming Pool, and Underwater LED Lighting products. We supply our products to contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and distributors across India. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Female Telesales Executive to help us expand our customer base and build long-term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

* Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

* Follow up on inquiries received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website, and other marketing sources.

* Explain company products and their features professionally.

* Prepare and send quotations to customers.

* Regularly follow up with customers to convert inquiries into orders.

* Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers.

* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.

* Build strong relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and project consultants.

* Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order execution.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and daily calling goals.

Candidate Requirements

* Female candidates only

* Graduate preferred (any stream)

* 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an added advantage).

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).

* Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

🕙 Monday to Saturday
