Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and organized Admin Cum Tele Caller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • Explain property details and schedule site visits
  • Maintain client databases and follow-up records
  • Coordinate with sales team and management
  • Manage office administration and daily reporting
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain proper documentation and office files

  • Requirements:Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling)
  • Confident speaking and convincing skills
  • Well-organized and responsible personality
  • Prior experience in tele calling or real estate will be preferred
