Job Responsibilities – Workshop General Manager

1-Manage and oversee the operations of multiple workshops, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance across all locations.

2-Drive workshop profitability by increasing service revenue, labour sales, and controlling operating costs.

3-Develop, implement, and monitor workshop systems, SOPs, and operational processes across all workshops.

4-Achieve workshop business targets by improving productivity, efficiency, and revenue.

5-Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through quality service and timely vehicle delivery.

6-Lead, motivate, and supervise Workshop Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians, and other workshop staff.

7-Monitor workshop KPIs, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and implement improvement plans.

8-Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

9-Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Accounts departments for seamless business operations.

10-Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, company policies, safety, and quality standards across all workshops.

11-Plan manpower, allocate resources effectively, and maintain discipline across multiple workshop locations.

12-Conduct regular audits, team training, and performance reviews to drive operational excellence.

13-Maintain workshop profitability, customer retention, and overall business growth across all branches.
