Accountant

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally software.
• Handle vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Record Management:

• Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, and accounting documents.
• Ensure organized filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Keep track of receivables, payables and banking transactions.

Banking & Coordination:

• Coordinate with banks for account-related activities.
• Support billing and payment reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and record management.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and MIS.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
• Ensure timely updating and verification of accounting data.
