Job Description – AccountantPosition: AccountantKey Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.
• Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, payment entries, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

2. Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
• Maintain proper accounting records and statutory documentation.

3. Report Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Generate financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Receivables, Payables, and expense analysis.
• Monitor budget utilization and highlight financial variances to management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for management review.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com/CA Inter is preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
