Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Accounting & Bookkeeping




Maintain accurate daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).

Handle invoicing, billing, and follow up with clients for outstanding dues.

Reconcile bank statements, manage petty cash, and prepare basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheets).

Assist in statutory compliances including GST billing and TDS deductions. 

2. Office Administration




Manage office documents, filing systems, and general correspondence.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff for smooth daily operations.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel or event arrangements. 

Required Qualifications & Skills


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related accounting/business administration background.

Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, ERP, or BUSY) and proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Word and MS Excel).

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
