Position: Structural Design Engineer
Location: Makarpura, Vadodara
Qualification:
- B.E. Civil Engineering / M.E. Civil Engineering / M.Tech. in Structural Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of structural modelling, analysis, and design of RCC and steel structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural models using industry-standard software.
- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC structures.
- Design foundations, buildings, industrial structures, and other structural components as per applicable codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Optimize structural designs for safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes and project specifications.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related queries.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate necessary revisions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in structural modeling, analysis, and design.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- STAAD.Pro
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- MS Excel
Experience
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge are welcome to apply.
