Job Title: Account-cum-Admin Assistant (Female Only)

About the Role:

  • M/s Hariom Electronics (LOADPIN®), a premier, ZED-certified manufacturer specializing in industrial load cells and precision instrumentation solutions, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Account-cum-Admin Assistant.
  • This position is dedicated to managing routine corporate accounting, statutory documentation, and proactive office administration. We are looking for an applicant seeking a stable, long-term career growth path with an established manufacturing firm.


Target Profile Preference:

  • Open exclusively for Female Graduate Candidates having Good Hold on Accounts, English Grammer and Business Correspondance.
  • High preference will be extended to NCC Ex-Cadets, Married Professionals, and Experienced Applicants looking for long-term career stability at a single organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Management: Execute day-to-day corporate accounting, multi-ledger entries, and data processing using the latest version of Tally Prime.
  • Compliance & Bookkeeping: Maintain precise, audit-ready bookkeeping records for day-to-day sales, purchase logs, inventory records, and preliminary GST-related documentation.
  • Commercial Coordination: Efficiently coordinate with external vendors, industrial B2B customers, and internal engineering teams to streamline billing cycles and document collection.
  • Front-Office & Communication Management: Handle incoming corporate telephonic inquiries and professionally communicate with stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Gujarati based on business requirements.
  • Secretarial & Administrative Operations: Draft professional business letters, prepare management reports, organize physical and digital filing structures, and supervise general office administration.
  • Account Reconciliation: Support the executive management team in executing ledger reconciliations, balance sheet documentation, and preparing monthly expense audits.


Required Candidate Profile & Skills:

  • Technical Software Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in operating Tally Prime, advanced MS Office (MS Excel, Word), and a clear understanding of GST billing structures.
  • Linguistic Capabilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional vocabulary for handling corporate documentation.
  • Core Professional Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, strict punctuality, and an acute sense of responsibility in managing confidential administrative tasks.


Compensation & Work Environment:

  • Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month (Highly negotiable based on depth of experience and technical merit).
  • Incentives: Performance-linked annual bonus and stability perks.
  • Work Schedule: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM (Strict 8-hour shift, inclusive of a dedicated 30-minute lunch break and a 10-minute tea break).
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Secure On-Site Office Setup.
