Job Description

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP software

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with parties

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work

Prepare vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes

Support monthly closing and MIS reporting

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Assist in salary processing and expense verification

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
