Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPLC Programming: Develop, test, and implement PLC logic for industrial automation systems.
- HMI Development: Design and configure Human Machine Interfaces for operator control and monitoring.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless communication between PLCs, HMIs, and other automation devices.
- Field Activities: Conduct installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation systems at client sites.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, program descriptions, and operation manuals.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA software development.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Experience in field commissioning and troubleshooting automation systems.
- Skills & CompetenciesAnalytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.
