Job Description
Unicrop Biochem is an innovative agricultural BioTechnology company committed to
revolutionizing the agricultural sector. Since our establishment in 2018, we have

quality, reduce the use of harsh chemicals, and add significant value to crops and the

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to
join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering farmers and driving
sustainable agriculture.
Roles and responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential and
existing clients. Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the accounts team to ensure
accurate invoicing and record-keeping. Maintain precise customer data for
seamless operations.
Product Promotion & Customer Support: Provide timely product details and
demonstrations to clients. Gather feedback to improve customer experience and
maintain long-term relationships.
Market Research & Business Growth: Identify and target potential B2B clients in
the agricultural sector.Conduct market research to uncover new business
opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong client relationships by
understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain regular
communication with clients to secure repeat orders.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve challenging customer scenarios with
strong decision-making and adaptability.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri,
B.Tech Agri), Microbiology, Biotechnology, or any related field.
Core Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications.Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
Personal Attributes: Collaborative team player with adaptability to handle
challenging situations. Practical decision-making skills with a focus on problem
resolution. Good convening and negotiation skills.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Prompt and accurate provision of product details upon client requests.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure sales growth
and meet targets.
Efficient follow-up for securing new orders and repeat business.
