Construction Manager-Ballastless Track

1. Plan, execute, and monitor ballastless (slab) track installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
2. Implement approved work programs and methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
3. Coordinate with Project Manager, planning, procurement, and engineering teams for seamless execution of track works.
4. Manage material logistics, manpower, and equipment deployment as per approved monthly and weekly plans.
5. Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
6. Monitor project progress and KPIs, prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, and report status to stakeholders.
7. Lead and control subcontractor activities, assign daily tasks, and drive productivity improvements on site.
8. Enforce HSE requirements, conduct safety briefings and trainings, and address on-site safety issues proactively.
9. Coordinate with Client, GC, and inspection authorities for site instructions, inspections, approvals, and handovers.
10. Provide technical guidance for all ballastless track activities up to achievement of final track parameters.
11. Identify and resolve design, execution, and resource interface issues to avoid delays and rework.
12. Facilitate smooth handover and takeover between contractors and project phases in line with contractual requirements.
