Key Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent service.

Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru

Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.

Operate cash registers and process payments

Assemble and package customer orders quickly and correctly.

Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures

Restock supplies and assist team members during busy hours.

Handle customer questions or complaints professionally

Work collaboratively with managers and other crew members.
