Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Inbound Voice Process


Location: Alembic, Vadodara, Gujarat


Salary: ₹15,500 CTC/month


Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM / 4:00 PM–1:00 AM)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls for a banking process.
  • Resolve customer queries with accurate and timely solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
  • Update customer information and interaction details in the system.


Eligibility:

  • Male candidates only.
  • HSC (12th Pass) or above.
  • Freshers can apply.


Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
