We are a growing engineering manufacturing company specializing in metal products, assemblies, automotive repair equipment, and industrial tools.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys both design work and practical manufacturing. This is not a desk-only CAD job. You will work on real products, real manufacturing challenges, and real engineering decisions.

In larger companies, engineers are often limited to a single department. Here, you will be involved in the complete journey—from concept and design to manufacturing, quality control, and final product delivery.

YOUR ROLE

Product Design & Development

• Create and improve products using SolidWorks

• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings

• Participate in new product development projects

• Convert ideas and concepts into production-ready products

• Improve existing products based on manufacturing and customer feedback

Fixture, Tooling & Process Development

• Design welding fixtures, assembly fixtures, jigs, and production tooling

• Develop practical engineering solutions for manufacturing challenges

• Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and ease of production

• Work closely with production teams to implement new designs and improvements

Manufacturing & Production Support

• Collaborate with fabrication, welding, powder coating, machining, and assembly teams

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues

• Ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective

• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Quality & Engineering Control

• Conduct independent quality inspections of manufactured components and assemblies

• Verify dimensions, fitment, functionality, and workmanship

• Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions

• Help establish and improve quality standards and inspection procedures

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain engineering drawings, revision records, and product documentation

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding technical requirements

• Assist in project planning and execution

• Support operational and administrative activities whenever required
