Job Description

1. Brand Awareness Development & Strategy

wareness strategies tailored to each business segment (B2B, B2C, institutional, etc.).

Define and execute branding frameworks (tone of voice, positioning, color systems, visual identity) in line with corporate vision.


Identify target audiences, develop buyer personas, and tailor brand campaigns accordingly.


Drive initiatives that increase brand recall through digital channels, field promotions, PR activities, product storytelling, and customer education.


2. Marketing Strategy Planning & ExecutionCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to define short-term and long-term marketing goals.


Develop quarterly and annual marketing calendars including campaigns, trade events, promotional launches, and festive campaigns.


Build and manage end-to-end campaign funnels — from planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.


3. Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM & Paid Media)Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.


Track performance across platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tags, etc.


Manage digital campaigns for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with target audience and sales funnel stages.


Develop landing pages, A/B test messaging and visuals to improve conversions and reduce CAC.


4. Social Media Strategy & ManagementBuild and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


Develop engaging, brand-aligned creatives and posts (in collaboration with designers) to drive engagement, traffic, and trust.


Monitor platform metrics and adjust strategy based on performance insights.


5. Content Strategy & DevelopmentGuide the creation of high-impact content including blogs, case studies, video scripts, emailers, reels, brochures, and product presentations.


Ensure tone, design, and messaging are consistent across platforms.


Support educational campaigns and knowledge-based marketing (esp. for agrochemical/technical products).


6. UI/UX Support & Visual CollaborationCoordinate with UI/UX designers to conceptualize and develop user-friendly landing pages, product pages, and visual campaigns.


Provide design briefs, user-flow suggestions, and layout structure ideas for improved engagement.


Use design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) to create and test visuals when needed.


7. Lead Generation & NurturingExecute digital campaigns aimed at lead generation across B2B and B2C channels.


Segment leads and coordinate with sales team for follow-up and conversion.


Implement email marketing workflows and re-targeting ads to improve conversion rates.


8. Team Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with internal stakeholders including sales, R&D, product, design, and IT to ensure marketing alignment with business needs.


Participate in weekly review meetings, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews.


Maintain clear documentation of strategies, reports, and campaign performance.


9. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisConduct market trend studies and competitor benchmarking to discover new opportunities for positioning and innovation.


Use insights to refine strategies and anticipate shifts in customer behavior.


10. Offline Marketing & Co-Marketing InitiativesSupport in planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, dealer meets, branding kiosks, and rural outreach programs.


Coordinate with vendors for marketing material creation — brochures, banners, flex boards, and POP items.


Drive co-marketing initiatives with channel partners and distributors, especially in the agrochemical/B2B domain.
