Job Description

Job description of Dispatch coordinator 


Manage new stock inward entries and update stock details in the dashboard and Excel sheets.


Receive orders and process orders for dispatch planning.


Maintain minimum stock and reorder the stock.


Update BOM (Bill of Materials) whenever required based on project specifications.


Arrange transporters for material dispatch based on delivery locations shared by the sales/Dealer /Cp team.


Share BOM, Delivery Challan, and PI (Proforma Invoice) with the dispatch team.


Coordinate with transporters and verify dispatch status through material dispatch photos from client locations.


Maintain stock for other the cities warehouse.
