👩‍💻 About the Role We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented E-commerce Listing Executive who can handle product listings across marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho), manage the online catalog, and also assist with basic social media posting and content handling. You’ll be working on everything from uploading new products to optimizing visibility and engagement.

Perfect role for someone who understands both data accuracy and digital appeal.

🔧 Responsibilities:

✅ Create, manage & update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

✅ Ensure titles, descriptions, pricing, keywords, images & inventory are always accurate

✅ Coordinate with warehouse/stock teams to update availability

✅ Regularly audit listings for errors, out-of-stock items, or violations

✅ Schedule and post product creatives/reels on Instagram & Facebook

✅ Coordinate with graphic team for product banners and posts

✅ Track performance of listings and suggest improvements (keywords, tags, titles)

✅ Run offers, promotions, and discounts across platforms

✅ Maintain product master sheet, SKUs, and variation data

🎓 Requirements🔹 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management (Shopify/Amazon preferred)

🔹 Experience with product photography editing basics (Canva/Photoshop is a plus)

🔹 Knowledge of keywords, SEO for marketplaces, and tagging best practices

🔹 Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, captions, hashtags, and scheduling tools

🔹 Attention to detail, good Excel/Sheets skills, and organized work style

🔹 Fast learner who can juggle between marketplaces & social channels
