About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our 3D

architectural visualization, walkthroughs, and rendering services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, meeting clients, and converting them into long-term customers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation-

Ø Make daily cold calls from the office to architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers.

Ø Identify and qualify leads interested in 3D visualization, walkthroughs, and related architectural services.

Ø Maintain an updated lead database and follow up regularly.

2. Client Meeting Arrangements-

Ø Contact prospective clients and schedule appointments for service discussions.

Ø Organize and maintain a structured meeting calendar.

3. Client Visits & Presentations-

Ø Visit client offices (Pan-India as required) to present our 3D services.

Ø Explain deliverable such as 3D renders, walkthroughs, floor plans, interior/exterior visualization, etc.

Ø Understand client design requirements and communicate them to the production team.

4. Sales Conversion-

Ø Convert potential leads into clients by showcasing the value of our visualization services.

Ø Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope.

Ø Build strong client relationships for recurring business, especially with architects and builders.

5. Reporting & Coordination-

Ø Provide daily reports on calls, meetings, leads, and conversions.

Ø Coordinate closely with the 3D design team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Ø Maintain after-sales communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ø Excellent communication(in english) and convincing skills.

Ø Confidence in cold calling and pitching architectural services.

Ø Basic understanding of architectural drawings, 3D renders, and visualization processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Ø Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ø Willingness to travel for client meetings across India.

Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
