Job Description

Position: E-commerce & Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to support our online sales and daily operations.

What you will do:


  • Check competitor prices daily on platforms like Amazon, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart, and our website
  • Help update product prices, stock, and basic listing details
  • Track incoming orders from different platforms, and process the orders.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time
  • Manage and track warehouse stock (inward and outward)
  • Help in packing orders when required (no heavy lifting)
  • Maintain simple records in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Inform the team about low stock, fast-moving items, or any issues

Who we are looking for:

  • Basic understanding of online shopping platforms
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Organized and responsible
  • Okay with both computer work and physical work (packing)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
